“Diana is a person with a lot of energy and inner strength. During my sessions with her, she has guided and taught me about the properties of foods and how they influence my body, sharing tips, apps, and new recipe ideas to integrate into my diet, recommending books on spirituality and stress management, and supporting me emotionally during the process by understanding my concerns and resolving all my doubts with love and dedication.
I consider Diana a proactive, determined, courageous and supportive person. She is a good listener and advises you without judging. She respects different points of view and guides you with love and care. She is always ready to help and cares not only for your physical but also for your mental health.
With Diana's help, I met my short-term goals to have more energy/be more active, identify what food is best for my body, start cultivating healthier habits, manage better my emotions, integrate good nutrition as part of my routine, and improve my acne. I lost weight from 64 Kg to 58 Kg. Although the main goal was not to lose weight, everything happened as a consequence of good nutrition. My body simply responded to the good quality food I have been eating (and I love it!). In addition, I took up something I love: Zumba”
